Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent, I&E Operations to join our team at Civitas Resources Inc. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in oil and gas operations, with a focus on automation, measurement, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of foremen and their crews to ensure safe and efficient operation of oil and gas automation, measurement, and electrical equipment.
  • Work closely with production teams and other departments to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Oversee the operation of local field offices, including invoice flow and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and cost reduction programs to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with well servicing, completion, engineering, drilling, materials, frac, and HSE groups to ensure effective and safe operations.
  • Provide performance management and continuous skill development opportunities for direct reports.
  • Build effective internal and external relationships to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in oil and gas operations, with a strong background in automation, measurement, and electrical systems.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and coordinating teams.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, with experience in ensuring compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
