We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Sales Executive to join our team at Abstrakt Marketing Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving net new customers to our organization and satisfying client recruiting needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams to identify customers with expressed interest. You will be responsible for prospecting businesses outside of our customer base, maintaining activity levels to meet or exceed monthly sales goals, and communicating with senior leadership.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or psychology.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in talent acquisition or recruitment services.
  • Excellent phone communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Requirements

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • 3+ years of full-life-cycle sales experience.
  • 2+ years of cold calling and B2B sales experience.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 - $60,000 OTE $100,000+ based on performance.
