Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development and Growth to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales planning, implementation, and monitoring of the marketing plan for the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the facility to the community, interested persons, and potential referral sources within the identified market service areas.
  • Direct the efforts of the Business Development Representatives and coordinate at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the facility.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Masters Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years in Marketing and Sales and two (2) years supervisory experience required.
  • Prior health care marketing experience preferred.
