Position Overview
The Patient Experience Specialist serves as the initial contact for new clients reaching out to Providence Medical Group to initiate their healthcare journey. This role is essential in delivering exceptional communication, personalized service, and ongoing support to facilitate the transition for new patients, those relocating to different clinics, or established patients seeking assistance before their scheduled appointments.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with Epic software.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
