Business Development Manager

City Cast is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our revenue team at our fast-growing media company. The ideal candidate will develop and cultivate leads and relationships across the Boise area, establishing City Cast's podcasts and newsletters as an essential buy for clients.
The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for persuasively articulating City Cast's media offerings and competitive advantages to clients and prospects across the Boise area via in-person and Zoom sales calls. They will establish a network of C-Suite, senior-level media and client relationships in the market and craft digital and audio programs that suit the marketing needs of the client.
The Senior Account Executive will maintain effective revenue-generating relationships with clients and media agencies and provide the highest level of sales and marketing consulting services. They will meet monthly revenue goals as outlined in the sales plan and maintain the CRM database.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success with a high close ratio in a performance-driven culture. Podcast/audio experience is a plus. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years sales experience are required.
City Cast offers a competitive base salary of $75-$85K based on experience, plus commission and generous benefits. The Senior Account Executive will report to the CRO of City Cast and work primarily from their home. City Cast is an equal opportunity employer committed to excellence through diversity.
