About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Personnel: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Management Experience: Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
  • Ability to Work Flexible Shifts: Willingness to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous McDonald's Experience an Asset: Prior experience working at McDonald's is highly valued.
  • Previous QSR/Fast Food Experience a Plus: Experience working in quick-service restaurants or fast food environments is an advantage.
  • Ability to Motivate and Develop Staff: Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop employees.
  • Ability to Lead a Team: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of employees.
