About the Role:

The Corporate Chef (CC) is a key member of our team, responsible for executing strategic plans and initiatives related to product development within their assigned region and/or product specialty. This role requires a strong culinary background, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and culinary guidance to implement After Sales concept
  • Offer consultation in application questions and issues by phone, in person, and on virtual platforms
  • Execute and participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, product trainings, and RATIONAL Cooking Live qualifications
  • Support an efficient and comprehensive freelancer network
  • Schedule and train Regional Sales Managers, Rep partners, dealers/distributors, and RCCs on applications and products
  • Set goals and objectives consistent with organization plans
  • Plan, lead, and execute local and Regional trade show requirements
  • Provide strategic and culinary guidance to support key accounts
  • Determine new products, practices, and procedures to improve application development
  • Support Regional Sales Directors and Managers regarding new application development and product ideas

Requirements:

  • Proven long-time experience as a chef in a well-established foodservice environment
  • Expert with RATIONAL equipment
  • Chef with Business Administration background preferred
  • Experience in dealing and understanding partners/customers' needs
  • Outstanding presentation capabilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and good Internet skills
  • Ability to travel and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
