Job Title: Business Support Team Lead

About the Role:

As a Business Support Team Lead at Wellmark, you will be responsible for leading a multi-functional team of business and technical professionals in provider services and data management. Your primary goal will be to support the Operations Division's goals, provide a positive provider experience, and increase provider loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of business and technical professionals in provider services and data management
* Develop and implement business solutions to support the Operations Division's goals
* Collaborate with Technology experts, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
* Utilize project management methodologies to drive efficient and effective results

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Effective leadership experience, demonstrated through previous application of Wellmark leadership capabilities
* Effective interpersonal skills, demonstrated through the ability to build rapport and establish relationships
* Project management proficiency, experience driving concept to action through effective planning and implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior Health Insurance industry experience
* Experience in a SAFe Agile Product Centric Environment
* Change Management Champion
* Ability to provide business and technical solutions for Operations systems
