About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Engineering Team Leader to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD Area. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, project management, and design expertise on transportation design projects. Your primary focus will be on developing and growing our geographic market through business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage transportation design projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our geographic market.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in transportation engineering.

About You

  • You are a Professional Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering (Masters/BS/BA) from an accredited university or college.
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in transportation engineering with progressive levels of responsibility.
  • You have a proven track record of leading and managing profitable projects within scope and budget.
  • You are proficient in MicroStation and other software associated with transportation engineering.
  • You have experience with estimating and specification writing.
  • You are authorized to work in the United States.
