Job Description:

Conduent is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the KanCare Clearinghouse Program. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, gathering thorough documentation, and entering information into various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service to clients, responding to calls, emails, and other inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Gather and document client information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter client information into various systems, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and guidelines.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve program goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum of six months experience in Kansas Family Medical eligibility and customer service.
  • Strong computer skills, with ability to maneuver in complex software systems.
  • Intermediate level of skill with MS Office, Outlook, and Internet usage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Medicaid and managed care programs.
  • Active listening skills, customer-oriented, and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with ability to type 28-30 minutes per minute accurately.
