Global Partner Sales Executive

Job Overview
This position is a key component of ServiceNow's Global Partner and Channels (GPC) organization, focused on driving and enhancing growth through our partner ecosystem.
This role is essential to our ambitious growth initiatives and entails spearheading sales efforts for substantial, integrated IT solutions in partnership with our major Service Providers.
The ideal candidate will possess executive presence, a strategic outlook, and the ability to think from a CxO perspective, along with a solid history of qualifying, developing, and selling comprehensive IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision and Leadership:
• Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at fostering growth through large, integrated solutions.
• Provide visionary leadership to influence the direction of sales strategies and market positioning.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and Business Unit Owners to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overarching business goals.
Large Solution Development & Sales:
• Engage in the creation and customization of extensive, ServiceNow integrated solutions tailored to the specific needs of designated partners and their end clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from qualification to closure of large, complex deals, ensuring a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
• Present and showcase solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers, clearly articulating the value of ServiceNow and the return on investment (ROI).
Collaboration & Integration:
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including workflow Business Units, technical consultants, marketing, and enablement, to guarantee seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
• Coordinate with partners to co-develop and introduce innovative solutions to the market, encompassing solution identification, market potential assessment, solution design, launch, and success tracking.
Market Development:
• Identify, qualify, and secure large ServiceNow integrated solutions with designated partners who will subsequently market to their client base.
• Build and cultivate relationships with key business owners and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities and growth areas.
Performance Management:
• Meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Continuously refine sales processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
