We are currently seeking a Quality Project Coordinator to oversee our blade inspection initiative.

This role is structured as a 9-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on the program's needs.

Immediate interviews and start dates are available for qualified candidates.

Role Type: Remote, operating in the EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison for various vendors and suppliers, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Coordinate and monitor vendor activities related to Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and associated quality assessments.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent workflows, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and projects according to specifications.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with vendors and suppliers to resolve issues, track progress, and provide necessary updates.
  • Ensure that inspection and maintenance operations align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in quality assurance within wind or industrial manufacturing projects is essential.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, particularly regarding wind turbines and blades, is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, Smartsheet, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with ServiceMax is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
