">About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating medication management, resident care delivery, and assisting with activities programs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $30 - $35 per hour, depending on experience.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Medication Management: Coordinate the medication management process, supervise the ordering, delivery, storage, administration, and disposal of medications.
  • Resident Care: Provide direct daily supervision of Medication Assistant staff activities, assist in the initial assessment and development of Individualized Service Plans for incoming residents, and interview and examine current residents to assess needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with residents, families, and community staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
">Requirements:
  • Licensed as an LPN
  • Minimum of three years' experience in similar positions, preferably in senior living or home-care settings.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
