Job Title: Customer Service Support Specialist

Russell Tobin's client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Support Specialist to join their team in Sacramento, CA.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor and respond to customer requests, processing equipment service requests and scheduling maintenance.
  • Communicate program information to service providers, ensuring satisfactory service delivery.
  • Follow up on service events to confirm completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the service delivery team to meet service goals and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in a team-based customer service environment, or Associate's degree with 5 years of experience in a team-based customer service environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team.
  • High level of commitment to customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in software applications for word processing, email, and order entry.
