Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the domestic market. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to drive sales growth, manage sales teams, and represent the company effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional sales targets and grow company market share.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Promote company products and services to customers, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of the industrial market, with experience in technical or sales roles serving the domestic industrial market.
- Effective communication, organization, and conflict management skills.
- Proven decision-making abilities for preparing and executing bids and establishing price levels.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accident, critical illness, and 401(k) plans. Additionally, we provide holiday pay, PTO, volunteer time, and other paid times off.
