Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Tara Investments. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
  • Check guests in and out, handle room assignments, and respond to guest inquiries
  • Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
