Job Overview

Park Properties Management Company is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician for our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of the groundskeeper is to enhance and uphold the visual appeal of the apartment complex.

Physical Requirements

This role necessitates being on your feet consistently, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and engaging in physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, reaching overhead, gripping, climbing ladders, and lifting or carrying equipment and supplies.
