Job Title: Billing & Rebate Specialist

Hathaway Solutions Llc is seeking a skilled Billing & Rebate Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for accounting data including accounts payable, billing, receivables, and rebates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records, including customer billing, customer credits, and review of billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy.
  • Works closely with the A/R clerk to keep customer accounts current and assists with answering telephones and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned, including customer rebate submissions and price contract maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems.
  • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, especially Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and analytical thinking.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with bookkeeping training preferred.
Work Environment:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
