Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Park Lawn Corporation. As a Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to grounds maintenance, including lawn care, landscaping, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and pruning.
  • Operate various equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and edgers.
  • Assist with setup and completion of interments and entombments.
  • Identify and locate interment/entombment spaces within the cemetery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of grounds experience.
  • Cemetery grounds experience preferred.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this position include regular exposure to outdoor elements, such as inclement weather and extreme temperatures. Employees in this role are regularly required to climb, sit, stand, bend, kneel, and frequently lift up to 75 pounds.

Travel

This position may require up to 10% out-of-area and overnight travel.
