Assembly Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operations Specialist to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing assembly operations on sub-assemblies and final products, ensuring high-quality results and meeting production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assembly operations on sub-assemblies and final products using hand and power tools
- Review engineering documents for product assembly instructions and scope of work
- Collaborate with colleagues to solve daily challenges in a production environment
- Procure engineering documentation and Bill of Materials for daily tasks
- Mount and assemble components using various tools
- Ensure products are built to specification as per documentation
- Inspect assembly work in accordance with process checklists
- Secondary duties include ordering materials, reporting status, and verifying quality requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical knowledge of analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions
- Ability to operate hand tools, including measuring devices, screwdrivers, and pneumatic wrenches
- Knowledge of operating computers and applying basic mathematical skills
- Ability to work in an industrial, manufacturing environment
