About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Siemens Energy. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly operations on sub-assemblies and final products using hand and power tools.
  • Review engineering documents for product assembly instructions and scope of work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to solve daily challenges in a production environment.
  • Procure engineering documentation and Bill of Materials for daily tasks.
  • Mount and assemble components using various tools.
  • Inspect assembly work in accordance with process checklists.
  • Order required materials from the Warehouse and place them in the proper location.
  • Report status of hardware and supply stock to designated supervisors.
  • Verify quality requirements have been met by signing relevant documents.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Technical knowledge relating to analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Ability to operate hand tools, including measuring devices, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
  • Knowledge of operating computers and applying basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work in an industrial, manufacturing environment.
