Job Title: Senior Sales Director - Florida Territory

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the Florida territory and drive business growth.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and achieve annual new business wins goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers' engineers to facilitate problem-solving processes on a weekly basis
  • Create new business opportunities to ensure a sufficient pipeline of deals that have a high probability of winning on a monthly basis
  • Balance opportunities across the Winchester product portfolio to meet annual targets
  • Increase cross-selling within Winchester technology divisions
  • Represent the Winchester culture and values
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment
  • Connector, cable, wire, and/or harness experience is mandatory
  • Proven track record of developing relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to solve problems using Winchester's unique product portfolio
  • Able to work collaboratively with various product categories to create a balanced portfolio of opportunities
  • Experience in connecting with engineers and effectively closing new business opportunities resulting from those engagements
  • Interconnect (connectors, wires, cables, harnesses, etc.) experience is highly desired
