A leading diagnostic testing laboratory company in the U.S. is seeking a results-driven Medical Sales Director to spearhead sales efforts and drive business growth in addiction monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. They will work closely with senior leadership to refine and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of sales representatives to reach their full potential.
  • Sales Execution: Engage in sales, from prospect identification to closing deals.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a medical sales manager or similar role, with a history of achieving sales targets.
  • Toxicology, pain management, or substance use treatment sales/management experience is highly desirable.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes competitive base pay and significant performance-based incentives.
