Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at EnerBank. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone support to our customers, addressing their account activity and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Counsel customers regarding their loan accounts, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand their account activity.
  • Document conversations with customers and actions taken, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Process customer payments via phone, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
  • Perform customer account maintenance requests, making updates and changes as necessary to ensure customer accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review and note accounts for customer correspondence, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and tracked.
  • May perform other assigned tasks as needed to support the customer support team.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to learn additional systems, including ServLoan and Unifi.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations.
  • Ability to work on a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve customer support goals.
  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional support to customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) year experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
Work Environment

This position is available onsite in Salt Lake City or Provo, Utah. A flexible schedule may be possible following training, with a standard schedule of 40 hours Monday-Friday during business hours.

Pay ranges are job-specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors that directly impact pay for individual associates include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance in the job role.
