Business Development Representative

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Summit Business Group. As a key member of our Business to Business Sales Team, you will be responsible for cultivating new relationships with local businesses, growing your own book of business, and providing exceptional client service.

**Responsibilities:
- Cultivate New Relationships: Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer industry-leading supplemental insurance products and services.
- Grow Your Book of Business: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, while developing new business opportunities through referrals and cold calls.
- Client Service: Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients, set follow-up appointments, and review client needs.
**Requirements:
- Experience in sales or related field (at least 4 years).
- Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain).
**What We Offer:
- Virtual classroom training and hands-on sales training.
- Weekly draw pay, bonuses, and commission eligibility.
- Quarterly and annual incentive trips, cash bonuses, and stock share bonuses.
**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience and performance).
