We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our service center. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to stringent safety protocols while providing the necessary technical expertise to comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute new customer setups while delivering exceptional propane services.
• Assist in managing operational budgets to meet financial objectives.
• Provide specialized knowledge regarding the safe storage and management of propane.
• Supervise the correct installation of customer tanks and cylinder setups by ensuring all necessary tools, components, and equipment are ready for scheduled tasks, while offering clear guidance to team members and inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with safety and customer standards.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience Executives to track service scheduling and completion metrics to guarantee customer satisfaction, maintaining comprehensive service documentation.
• Step in as a driver during peak periods or staff shortages to ensure timely deliveries.
• Conduct inspections of all vehicles and perform necessary evaluations to minimize operational costs and prolong equipment lifespan, while maintaining accurate vehicle maintenance records.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred 3+ years in progressive operations and customer service roles.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Class B and hazmat & tank endorsements required; Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Strong understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) safety regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on team collaboration and building positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to effectively juggle multiple tasks in a customer-focused setting.
• Keen attention to detail.
