Job Title: COUPA System Administrator

Duration: 12 + Months

Role Overview:

As the COUPA System Administrator at Accuro, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the COUPA user experience across our organization and its affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Oversee all non-technical aspects of the user experience, including the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new features within COUPA.
  • Integration Oversight: Collaborate closely with the IT department to address integration challenges and enhance system efficiency.
  • Account Configuration: Manage account groups, approval workflows, user permissions, and other necessary configurations to optimize system performance.
  • Training Development: As the subject matter expert, you will create and deliver comprehensive training materials for both employees and suppliers, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Process Improvement: Work with functional experts to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in procurement, supplier onboarding, and contract management processes.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize existing dashboards and develop new insights to monitor and report on system efficiency and user engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of COUPA and its functionalities, along with excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders across the organization.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency through effective system management and user training.
