As a Business Systems Analyst at DXP Enterprises, Inc., you will be instrumental in comprehending the essential operational business processes linked to our ERP system and aiding users in effectively navigating these processes. You will serve as the primary IT resource for internal ERP users, supporting both business operations and technical functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical and functional assistance for systems such as Epicor, Coupa, Infor, and additional applications
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes for efficient documentation and execution
  • Educate users on system functionalities and business workflows
  • Oversee small projects throughout their entire life cycle
  • Engage in branch/department rotation programs
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, or a related discipline
  • Experience in Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain sectors
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Prophet 21 (P21)
  • Basic SQL query proficiency
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Exceptional customer service and multitasking capabilities
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Valid driver's license in accordance with company policies
