Job Summary

US Conec Ltd is seeking a skilled Tooling Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring molds and tooling components are cleaned and maintained to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-press mold cleanings and minor in-press mold maintenance.
  • Use dry ice blasters to clean molds and other tooling components.
  • Follow procedures and protocols for addressing tooling work orders and production priorities.
  • Complete tooling work orders as described while maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with the molding department to implement and maintain a clean and safe molding floor.
  • Perform work on the molding floor for tooling and molding.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in mold maintenance preferred.
  • Experience in using dry ice blasters for cleaning is preferred.
  • Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with injection molding processes is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Environment

The work environment is typically moderate with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
