About the Role

An experienced leader is sought to drive the vision, strategy, and executive direction for the Hyperscaler ecosystem in North America. The ideal candidate will establish influential relationships with senior management executives at industry-leading Data Center/Hybrid Cloud, Enterprise Software, and Storage brands to develop channel go-to-market programs with a differentiated value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly planning and business reviews for vendor brands to ensure results exceed financial and operational targets.
  • Demonstrate in-depth technology industry knowledge and trends, and develop strategies to position TD SYNNEX as a thought leader and trusted business partner.
  • Operate in a highly matrixed environment, orchestrating with Marketing and Engineering centers of excellence, and act in an influential role with Sales to identify and drive appropriate technology solutions.
  • Develop new business, operating, and profit models to drive adoption of As-A-Service annuity business.
  • Collaborate with other TD SYNNEX regions to align on vendor management opportunities and execution.
Requirements
  • More than 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
  • More than 8 to 10 years of experience directly managing or supervising employees.
  • Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
  • Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
