About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives in the hyperscale and CSP markets. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative product management and marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance education, and elevate market awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Craft comprehensive product and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with sales, technology, and marketing teams to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Lead the planning, management, and execution of product and service launches, POC introductions, ensuring seamless integration across all channels.
  • Drive sales enablement efforts by delivering compelling sales tools and resources tailored to meet evolving market demands.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze competitive landscapes, identifying key differentiators, strengths, weaknesses, and untapped opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technology trends, offering strategic insights and guidance to internal teams.
  • Develop diverse content formats, including white papers, solutions briefs, blogs, social media posts, webinars, and other collateral to enhance product visibility and market presence.
  • Define and implement consistent product positioning across all channels, catering to the needs of customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic support for events, including product strategy development, readiness assessment, and flawless execution.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with Tier 1 vendors, aligning with their roadmaps to identify synergistic engagement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in B2B product marketing or product management roles, demonstrating a track record of success in hyperscale, CSP or ecosystem environments.
  • Expertise in the hyperscale and/or CSP market segments, with an understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Engineering background preferred, bolstering technical acumen, and facilitating effective communication with engineering teams.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and compelling communications and stories, catering to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative communication style, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional and team-oriented environments.
  • Experience in market research and strategic planning, with a keen eye for identifying market trends and opportunities.
  • In-depth understanding of the vendor ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in crafting impactful product positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
