SVP North America Hyperscaler and Marketplace Leader

An experienced leader is sought to drive the development of the Hyperscaler ecosystem in North America. The successful candidate will establish influential relationships with senior management executives at industry-leading Data Center/Hybrid Cloud, Enterprise Software, and Storage brands to develop channel go-to-market programs with a differentiated value proposition designed to drive partner preference for TD SYNNEX.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive vision, strategy, and executive direction for the Hyperscaler ecosystem in North America.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior management executives at industry-leading vendors to drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and launch meaningful solution, service, and capability offerings to drive customer acquisition and scale through the marketplace.
- Provide executive servant leadership to a team of Business Development, Operations, and Services personnel and cultivate a high-performance culture to deliver exceptional customer and supplier experiences and achieve business and financial objectives.

- 10+ years of relevant work experience in a leadership role.
- 8-10 years of experience directly managing/supervising employees.
- Strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
- Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above).
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
