Litigation Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team at CGS, supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency's ongoing litigation efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Government staff and Contract IT Manager to define system and project requirements.
- Design entire systems to meet defined requirements, working out functional and design requirements, systems design, programming specifications, data elements, data validation specifications, data capture mechanisms, and data conversion procedures.
- Translate functional requirements into systems designs suitable for development of appropriate computer programs, testing software, and preparing sample data for testing purposes.
- Present findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations.
- Develop systems documentation required in task orders.
- Consult with Government staff and Contractor staff to ensure understanding of task objectives, identify problems, and suggest improvements.
- Provide technical expertise, direction, and supervision to lower-level personnel.
- May function as a technical supervisor or team leader for a project.
- Report on progress to Government staff and superiors.
- Provide user and technical documentation and training for systems developed.
- Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in doing the work on the systems being used, usually at least three years of such experience.
- Other systems environments and specific project requirements will call for other specific sets of technical skills.
- Must demonstrate ability to analyze system requirements and translate those requirements into a coherent system design.
- Requires broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications.
- Supervisory or team leader experience very useful. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in automated litigation support very helpful.
- Assist CFPB with extracting data from media received by the Bureau, manipulating the data to conform to CFPB standard requirements, loading the data to the appropriate database platform, perform intake of data from outside parties, and review data and route for processing.
- The Systems Analysts should have experience with Relativity, ReadySuite (Compiled/KLDiscovery) and I-Pro eCapture.
- An undergraduate degree in computer science or information management/technology disciplines.
- Relativity Certified Administrator certification.
