We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team, supporting one of our executives with sales and project management functions. This full-time, in-office position offers a competitive salary range of $24.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in executive assistance, project management, or administration, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing and/or construction industries. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day administrative support, maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. City permitting knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
