Ground Ramp Operations Manager

Job Summary:
AGI Ground, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ground Ramp Supervisor to lead our airport ground handling services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of flights, managing ground handling staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead ground handling staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Coordinate with flight crews and airport authorities to ensure timely and smooth flight operations.
- Manage and maintain ground handling equipment and vehicles.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct on-the-job training and mentorship to develop staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in airport ground handling or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) language skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (23 kg) on a regular basis.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and around jet and machinery noises.
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis.
