Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set that includes digital marketing, content development, event management, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend the organization's marketing objectives and devise strategies to achieve them.
- Utilize marketing technology effectively, focusing on social media outreach and digital content creation.
- Develop presentation materials for the sales team using modern and professional formats.
- Organize and participate in trade shows and industry events to generate leads and foster relationships.
- Validate leads from events and online platforms, directing them to the appropriate sales teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external marketing agencies to create compelling advertising content.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, demographics, and competitor activities.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the manufacturing sector.
- Manage social media accounts and regularly post engaging content to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor marketing analytics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Understand and apply ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.
- Facilitate consistent internal communications that reflect company culture.
- Ensure uniformity in external messaging and communicate marketing initiatives to stakeholders.
- Occasional travel may be required for industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing or a related discipline.

Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business publications and technical documents.
- Strong writing skills for reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
- Effective presentation skills to engage with various audiences.
- Mathematical proficiency to work with statistical concepts and apply them to practical situations.
- Problem-solving abilities to navigate diverse and complex scenarios.
- Capability to interpret a variety of instructions in different formats.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
