Job Summary:

The MedServ Group is seeking a skilled Healthcare Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Healthcare Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with nursing homes and assisted living facilities across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing strategies to contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Schedule In-Person Meetings: Schedule in-person meetings with decision makers at nursing homes and assisted living facilities to discuss the services MedServ has to offer.
  • Develop Long-Term Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals while promoting our services and expanding our reach across the healthcare community.
  • Represent the Company: Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and community outreach programs.
  • Reporting and Operations: Report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer while assisting in the day-to-day operations of the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years' experience as a Healthcare Marketer or similar role.
  • Healthcare Marketing Experience: Previous healthcare marketing experience servicing the skilled nursing facility or long-term care facility setting.
  • Medical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical procedures and terminology.
  • Insurance Reimbursement: Knowledge of insurance reimbursement processes and guidelines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and a proven ability to work in a team environment.
  • Verbal and Written Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

General Information:

  • Schedule: 9:00AM-5:00PM (Monday-Friday).
  • Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually plus commission.
  • Travel Requirements: Must own a car. We will cover your travel expenses.
