  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

  • Manage project finances, including cost control, forecasting, and billing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Procore and Timberline.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
