Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities Management to join our team at Medical City North Hills. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve facilities operations and reduce costs.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including utilities, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Manage and coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Supervise and direct a team of facilities staff, including interviewing, hiring, and evaluating their performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management.
  • High school graduate; college graduate preferred.
  • CHFM or CHSP certification preferred or must obtain within first year of employment.
  • Ability to utilize project tracking mechanisms, including MS Project or equivalent.
