Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential clients with roofs in need of replacement.

  • Demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges while embracing personal growth.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales or canvassing is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and quick thinking abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Access to reliable transportation.

Compensation: Starting pay is $18 per hour, with additional commission ranging from 1% to 3% based on experience. Average commissions can vary from $540 to $1600 per job, with most representatives successfully closing 1 to 3 jobs weekly.
