Position Overview
Aztec is currently seeking a Contact Center Representative to enhance our customer service team.
As a national life insurance field marketing organization, we partner with leading insurance and annuity providers to deliver a wide range of insurance products to a diverse clientele in the middle-class sector.

We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities for individuals aspiring to build careers as life insurance agents.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
- Reach out to clients to inform them about new products, services, and policies.
- Guide callers through troubleshooting processes, navigating the company website, or utilizing products and services.
- Review customer accounts, providing updates and information regarding billing, shipping, warranties, and other account-related items.
- Collaborate with fellow call center professionals to enhance customer service quality.
- Assist in training new employees and educate them about the company's customer management policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent active listening abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport-building capabilities.
- A patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Troubleshooting skills, whether basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems.
- In-depth knowledge of the company's products and/or services.
- Expertise in the customer service area of focus, such as accounts, sales, technical support, or another relevant area.
- Multilingual abilities, especially in languages commonly spoken by callers.
