Position Overview
Aztec is currently in search of a Contact Center Representative to become a part of our dedicated team.
We are a national life insurance field marketing organization, established with the vision of providing comprehensive insurance products to a diverse clientele in the middle-class market.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Handle customer inquiries and deliver accurate, satisfactory responses to their questions and concerns.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, providing patient assistance and support.
  • Inform clients about new products, services, and policies.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, or utilizing products or services.
  • Review customer accounts, providing updates and information regarding billing, shipping, warranties, and other account-related items.
  • Collaborate with fellow call center professionals to enhance customer service.
  • Assist in training new employees and educate them about the company's customer management policies.

  • Expertise in the customer service area of focus, such as accounts, sales, or technical support.
