About the Role

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly and motivated Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every guest who walks through our door.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with every client.
  • Manage client appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and canceling.
  • On-board new clients, obtain waivers, and create client profiles in our point-of-sale system.
  • Check-in and retail-out customer sessions on our point-of-sale system.
  • Greet customers and escort them to their service of choice.
  • Administer non-medical and non-specialty services.
  • Provide service tours and sell packages and memberships.
  • Execute opening and closing duties.
  • Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products offered to support and enhance client goals.
  • Educate clients on all Restore modalities.
  • Assist with other store operations, including maintaining store cleanliness, laundry upkeep, customer lead outreach, community outreach, event planning, and social media efforts.
Requirements
  • A passion for health and wellness.
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail/service/fitness environment.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Holds or working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
