Rotating 12-hour shifts from 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

Must be available for 12-hour rotating shifts on a Dupont schedule

Includes 7 consecutive days off each month

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement the standard quality control protocols for the production and sealing departments.
- Collaborate with production teams to enhance product quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality control checks during each shift.
- Train production team members on quality standards and control procedures.
- Take personal responsibility for the quality of products produced at the facility.
- Make quality decisions on off-specification products, including Waste, Sort, and Ship.
- Maintain a reliable attendance record.
- Utilize quality assurance software for tracking inventory and quality records.
- Foster good work habits including self-motivation, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Provide feedback to suppliers regarding quality issues.
- Communicate quality performance feedback to production teams (including complaints and holds).

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality control floor checks.
- Basic math skills are necessary.
- Experience with record-keeping, including log books and organizing paperwork.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while performing quality checks.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
- Ability to read and comprehend quality manuals and establish procedures as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision or operators.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a production quality environment.
- Well-organized with a proven track record of initiative.
- Knowledge of current OSHA safety regulations.
