Shift Details:

  • 12-hour rotating shifts: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, must be available for a Dupont schedule
  • Includes 7 consecutive days off each month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and uphold Pactiv Evergreen's quality control protocols in production
  • Collaborate with production teams to enhance product quality
  • Conduct routine quality checks throughout each shift
  • Train production staff on quality standards and control procedures
  • Take personal accountability for the quality of products produced
  • Make quality assessments on non-conforming products
  • Maintain excellent attendance
  • Utilize QA software for tracking inventory and quality records
  • Foster good work habits including self-motivation and teamwork
  • Provide constructive feedback to suppliers regarding quality issues
  • Communicate quality performance feedback to production teams

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Familiarity with quality control processes
  • Basic math skills necessary
  • Strong record-keeping and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while performing quality checks
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision required
  • Proficient in reading and understanding quality manuals
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a quality control role within a production environment
  • Highly organized with a proactive approach
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
