We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Domino's Franchise, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate all equipment and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Stock ingredients and prepare products for delivery.
  • Receive and process telephone orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Clean equipment and facility daily.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be exposed to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.
