Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Transition Finance Strategies LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and their participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional responses to participant inquiries via phone and email.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of participant information.
  • Offer accurate and precise information to participants regarding their ESOPs.
  • Manage challenging situations and determine when manager input is required.
  • Provide basic technical support for participant portal.
  • Conduct research and follow-up on participant requests as needed.
  • Stay informed about changes in policy, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Efficiently manage phone and email workflow.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to two years of customer service experience required.
  • One to two years of call center experience preferred.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) candidates preferred.
  • Professional phone speaking skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent product knowledge.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Proficient communication across multiple channels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
