About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience during check-in and check-out processes.
  • Process customer service requests via phone, email, and our company database, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Monitor the condition of our apartments and report any issues, ensuring our residents enjoy a comfortable and well-maintained living space.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks as needed and escalate larger repairs to the appropriate party, ensuring our properties remain in excellent condition.
  • Assist with ordering household inventory, storage organization, and completing inventory audits, ensuring our residents have everything they need to thrive.
  • Ensure residents adhere to property rules and regulations, promoting a safe and respectful community.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our offices and public areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with a hospitality training degree, preferably, but not required. A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on household maintenance, resolving customer grievances, and front desk operations, is essential.
