Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Service Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to our food and beverage team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
  • Assist with setting tables, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service delivery.
  • Support the management of menu items, including reading and verifying information.
  • Perform various tasks, including moving, lifting, and carrying objects, to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior work experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
