Customer Executive Job Description

At Bimbo Bakeries USA, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and profitability for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and present sales plans and forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address those areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
